STEA’s strategy

The strategy provides guidelines for STEA’s operations and to the values that will guide the whole grant operations in the future.

Strategic objectives

The strategic objectives of STEA’s grant operations are:

Equality

To enhance equality and inclusiveness by taking into account life situations and backgrounds and to reduce inequality.

Encounters

To strengthen a sense of community and enhance tolerance, and to increase encounters between different people and mutual understanding.

Resources

To strengthen people’s resources and help people to look after themselves, others and the environment. 

STEA’s mission

STEA contributes to ensuring that Veikkaus’s revenues are used for effective NGO activities.

The aim in effective NGO activities is to move towards the set goals, achieve the desired change and demonstrate how the target group has benefited from the activities.
